The ICD Ultra NVIDIA Tegra T20 Tablet has 512MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM, 1.3 megapixel webcam, slot for MicroSD with up to 4GB, Bluetooth 2.1, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, as well as USB 2.0 interface. Integrated also with a 3.5mm audio jack, accelerometer, light sensor, built-in microphone and FM tuner. It is running on Google Android version 2.0 (Eclair).
